Pre-booking and dispatch

Pre-booking is open for the Ember ’26 collection. Dispatch starts from 12 October.

Shipment

Delivery of orders within Pakistan will be within 2 weeks, or as informed at order confirmation. Any delays will be informed accordingly. If a delay is not informed, it may be because no working means of communication (email or phone) was provided or could be reached.

For international customers, delivery time is 14–20 working days after payment confirmation (bank transfer). There can be unexpected delivery delays due to customs clearance or other reasons, and a delay can extend by a further 5–6 working days or more. We are not responsible for delays, including delays that were not informed to the customer, for domestic or international orders placed with any payment method.

Important update on U.S. import duties

Effective August 29, due to recent changes in U.S. import policy, all import shipments to the United States are subject to duty charges, regardless of the declared price or value of the goods.

Customers/consignees are responsible for paying any applicable duties on their shipments upon arrival in the United States. We recommend being prepared for this change before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location selected, and cannot be refunded. We take no responsibility for any additional customs charges or duties levied by local authorities or governments outside Pakistan. These charges must be borne by the customer. If customs duty charges are refused, the parcel will be discarded and the order amount will not be refunded.
